Gerald Noda

Vice President, Finance & Administration
Has over 27 years of experience in Telecommunications Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Operations at Verizon Hawaii (formerly GTE Hawaiian Tel) and Business Development at CCSI. He successfully blends technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. While at Verizon Hawaii, Gerald served as General Manager - Infrastructure Provisioning, Director - Construction, Manager - Access Design & Construction, and various other Engineering positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii and a Master of Business Administration degree from Chaminade University. Gerald also holds a State of Hawaii C15 Electronic System Contractor’s License.

Charles N. Seamster

Vice President Operations, General Manager
Has over 62 years of experience in the telephone and telecommunications industry, rising through technical and management positions at GTE Hawaiian Telephone to Station Installation and Maintenance Manager – Oahu Island. With Volt Telecommunications Group, Charles again rose through technical and management ranks to Operations Manager- Hawaiian Islands. Experiencing the changes of voice, video, and data technology from its infancy provided Charles with an appreciation to mentor and educate young and eager individuals into the industry. Utilizing the G.I. bill, Charles earned an Associates in Arts Degree from the University of Hawaii, Kapiolani Community College. Continued formal education were Trades and Industry Studies at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus, and Professional Studies-Business at West Oahu College. Charles holds a Federal Communications Commission – General Radiotelephone License (Lifetime) and a Hawaii State - Supervisory Specialty Electricians License.
